Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at kr.collections.18@gmail.com/ahalya.khammam@gmail.com/9553732384. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds:
We currently do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.
Exchange:
Exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
